Elise Brennan Speaks on AHLA Podcast about Healthcare Payor/Provider Disputes

Tulsa, Okla. (July 2, 2024) - Elise Dunitz Brennan was a guest speaker on the AHLA Speaking of Health Law podcast produced by the American Health Law Association.

The episode was about current trends in disputes between health care payors and providers, and featured a discussion between Elise, Jeff Wurzburg (Norton Rose Fulbright), and Mackenzie Wallace (Thompson Coburn).

A significant topic discussed was the alternative dispute resolution of payor/provider disputes, including the benefits of arbitration, optimal situations for mediation, and the process of drafting arbitration clauses.

Elise Brennan is the chair of the Conner & Winters health law practice group and is a certified arbitrator on the Commercial and Healthcare Panels of the American Arbitration Association. With extensive experience arbitrating disputes between health care providers and payors, Elise provided the arbitrator's perspective to the discussion.
