Conner & Winters Wins Oklahoma Access to Justice Foundation Pro Bono Award
Tulsa, Okla. (October 26, 2022) - The Oklahoma Access to Justice Foundation has recognized Conner & Winters as the Large Firm Winner of the 2022 Summer Pro Bono Challenge.
Held annually, the pro bono challenge is a competition among law firms to provide pro bono legal services to communities and organizations across Oklahoma. Attorneys participate by tracking the number of hours of free legal services they provide during the summer months. Participants in the challenge are grouped into categories based on firm size, ranging from the Solo Lawyer category to the Large Firm category.
This year's award winners were announced at the Oklahoma Access to Justice Summit on October 21st. The following 14 attorneys logged a combined 486.8 hours of pro bono work to help Conner & Winters earn the top spot in the Large Firm category:

Receiving the award on behalf of the firm, partner Isaac Ellis issue the following statement:
The firm is truly honored to receive the Summer Pro Bono Challenge award. But I think the biggest reward has been the work itself. There’s really no greater feeling as a lawyer than knowing you’re having a direct and positive impact on someone’s life. I’m really proud that so many people in the Tulsa legal community stepped up to meet the need this year.
For 90 years, Conner & Winters has been a stalwart for community service. We pride ourselves on giving back to our local communities and leading with a service-oriented approach. Our firm's core values are centered on doing the right things the right way — and we can only achieve our mission by fostering and promoting a purpose-driven culture.
On behalf of the entire Conner & Winters team, we are honored and grateful to receive the Large Firm award for this year's Pro Bono Challenge. We dedicate this award to all those we had the privilege to serve.
