Jared D. Giddens, a partner in the firm's Oklahoma City office, has over thirty-eight years’ experience representing lending institutions and counterparties throughout the lifespan of the commercial lending relationship, including workouts, litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Giddens has been a presenter to clients, industry groups and the bar on various debtor creditor topics. J.P. Mahoney is also an attorney in our Oklahoma City office. Like Mr. Giddens, Mr. Mahoney has a background in business and understands corporate financial products and how they intersect with clients’ businesses.
