Conner & Winters Names Three New Partners
Conner & Winters is pleased to announce that R. Daniel Carter, Matthew K. Good and Chris M. Warzecha have been named partners of the firm.
Carter practices in both litigation and transactional matters, with a particular focus on Native American law, renewable and nonrenewable energy resources, and regulatory compliance. He has unique experience working on federal legislation and policies, especially those related to tribal matters. A graduate of the UCLA School of Law, Carter practices in the firm’s Tulsa office.
Good’s practice focuses on litigation and business transactions with particular emphasis involving the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and servicing of heavy equipment utilized in the aviation industry. He advises clients with respect to aviation assets operating in the United States and off shore. A graduate of Santa Clara University College of Law, Good works in the firm’s Dallas office.
Warzecha practices with the firm’s litigation group in the areas of civil, business and appellate litigation, with an emphasis on disputes arising out of commercial construction projects. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law and practices in the firm’s Tulsa office.
