Will Foster is a law professor who focuses on tax law, transactions, and trusts & estates. As an Of Counsel attorney at Conner & Winters, Will assists with individual, partnership, and corporate tax matters. He also works with business entities and exempt organizations with formations, operational issues, and transactional matters. He has experience with reorganizations, stock and asset acquisitions, and spin-offs.
As a tenured law professor, Mr. Foster has taught courses on tax, mergers & acquisitions, tax policy, securities regulation, non-profit organizations, and wills, trusts, & estates. He has authored and co-authored scholarly articles that have been published in law journals around the country and has presented on topics related to tax policy, mitigating tax risk, and business transactions.
Will earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as Articles Editor on the Arkansas Law Review. He also received a LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. William completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science at the University of Central Arkansas, also graduating summa cum laude.
