Sydny Helbert is an associate attorney with the Corporate & Securities practice group at Conner & Winters. Her practice focuses on handling corporate matters and transactions for clients, including document review, due diligence, finance agreements, and legal counsel for purchases, mergers, and acquisitions. Sydny is involved with business transactions for the aviation industry, where she represents clients through all stages of the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and servicing of assets. She also works on regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to security offerings, including underwriting requirements, filings, and disclosures.

Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Sydny was a corporate and securities counsel at the Securities Transfer Corporation, which operates as a full-service stock transfer agent. She earned her law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2022, where she was a Dean's scholarship recipient and was a member of the Corporate Law Association. In 2019, Sydny graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University to earn her undergraduate degree in business administration with a major in marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new cities, and reading alongside her tortoiseshell cat named Coco.
