Sam Kiehl is an associate attorney in the Health Care law practice group of Conner & Winters, where he works on a range of client matters related to litigation, business transactions, regulatory, and corporate compliance. He advises physicians, hospitals, healthcare organizations, and other care providers on compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and he represents clients in a variety of engagements including acquisitions, spin-offs, contracted and co-managed care arrangements, physician agreements, and other related transactions.
Sam earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he graduated with magna cum laude honors. In law school, he was the Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review and was selected to the Leadership and Character in the Law Cohort. Prior to attending law school, Sam earned a Master of Human Relations degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies Education, both from the University of Oklahoma. A passionate advocate for quality education in the state of Oklahoma, Sam worked as a 7th grade social studies teacher for KIPP Tulsa and as an assistant director of admissions at OU.
Outside of practicing law, Sam enjoys outdoor activities, sporting events, and spending time with his wife Dr. Robin Rainey Kiehl and their new infant son.
