Profile
Nick Muñoz is a litigation associate at Conner & Winters, where he practices in the construction, healthcare, and insurance practice groups. Nick's experience includes assisting clients through all phases of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, completing discovery, and filing and rebutting motions. He also advises healthcare clients on a variety of issues, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark, HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, agency appeals, licensing matters, and employment disputes.
Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Nick practiced commercial litigation and health care law for a large regional firm in Montana. He earned his law degree with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was recognized on the Dean's Honor Roll and earned the Frank C. Love Memorial Award for excellence in legal writing. While in law school, Nick served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and published his first article, All Public, No Benefit: Holding Oklahoma Public Benefit Corporations Accountable, with the journal.
