As a litigation attorney at Conner & Winters, Kayla Finnegan leverages a strong writing and research background to represent clients in commercial litigation, personal injury defense litigation, and employment matters. Kayla serves a broad range of clients in the Tulsa area and has particular expertise in matters involving families. Specifically, Kayla often represents clients in divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, and guardianship cases.

Kayla excelled in her studies at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was recognized with the school's highest academic honor—the Order of the Curule Chair. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing I, Legal Writing III, Contracts, and Property for earning the top score in each class. Kayla served as Article Submission Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. She was also recognized with the George & Jean Price Award for outstanding performance in Legal Reasoning, Authorities, and Writing. In her undergraduate career, Kayla was an accomplished NCAA Division I student athlete in Track & Field, where she earned Academic All-American status and set a Grand Canyon University record for outdoor long jump.
