Katelynn Hickey is an associate at Conner & Winters who practices in the Commercial Finance and Corporate & Securities practice groups out of the Dallas office. She advises clients on a variety of transactional and governance matters, including mergers & acquisitions and corporate compliance. Her background includes completing diligence on contracts, researching compliance issues, counseling on exposure to liability, and advising on agreements with key stakeholders and vendors. 

Katelynn earned her law degree as a cum laude graduate of the Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, she completed clerkships with the U.S. Attorneys' Offices in Dallas and Houston. Prior to attending law school, she completed her undergraduate studies also at Texas A&M, where she graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor's of Political Science.
