Profile
Emily Mizell focuses her practice on corporate healthcare compliance and litigation, as well as complex commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. She has experience litigating in both federal and state courts and has addressed a broad array of issues, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, antitrust litigation and various commercial litigation. Emily also has experience with general civil litigation, healthcare and employment matters.
Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Emily attended the University of Arkansas School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Emily clerked for several law firms throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma. She also served as a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
