Profile

Emily Fogg is an associate in the Oklahoma City office of Conner & Winters. She represents clients in a range of practice areas including banking & finance, commercial litigation, energy law, and issues related to land use & zoning. Drawing from her background as a former Division I athlete and honors graduate, Emily delivers diligent, thorough, and cogent representation through all stages of the litigation cycle.

Emily earned her juris doctorate as an honors graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She was a distinguished law student who was selected to the Order of the Coif, National Order of Scribes, National Order of Solicitors, and received the 2024 OU College of Law Professional Responsibility Award. Prior to law school, Emily earned both her Bachelor's in Markets & Culture and her Master's in Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

During her undergraduate studies, Emily was an accomplished Division I student athlete and served as the captain of the SMU Rowing team. She was named the 2019 AAC Scholar Athlete of the Year, received the 2019 Presidential Award of Excellence, and was honored to be a Nominee for the 2019 NCAA Woman of the Year award.

Outside of practicing law, Emily enjoys hiking, gardening, training her dog, and volunteering for environmental remediation in the OKC metro.
