Profile

Brian G. Thomas is an associate in the Fayetteville office of Conner & Winters. He handles a wide variety of litigation matters with a particular focus on the construction industry. His experience includes representing clients in disputes concerning construction and design defects, payment claims, subcontractors, delays, and warranties for commercial building projects of all sizes. Brian has developed strong skills for handling all stages of litigation, including demands and responses, discovery, pre-trial settlement negotiations, and post-judgement actions. 

Brian earned his law degree at the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. During law school, he was involved in moot court trial competitions and was recognized on the Dean's List every semester. Brian earned several distinguished awards, scholarships, and fellowships, including the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award in Trial Advocacy. 

Before going to law school, Brian was a minister at churches in Tennessee and Arkansas. He earned his Bachelor's of Arts from Thomas Edison State University and his Master's of Arts in Religious Studies from Liberty University School of Divinity. Prior to joining Conner & Winters, he worked as an associate at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP in Little Rock. Outside of practicing law, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Kellye and their five wonderful children.
